My name is Serafina Gargiulo and movement has always been an important part of my life. Growing up living a very active lifestyle through gymnastics, soccer, tennis, cheerleading, etc. I always found joy in challenging my body, pushing my limits, and expressing myself through motion. Years later, yoga sculpt became the next chapter of that journey. What started as just another workout quickly became something deeper —
a place of consistency, confidence, strength, and growth.

I’ll never forget the day an instructor didn’t show up for class, and I caught myself thinking, "I feel like I could teach this." That small thought stuck with me, and eventually, I decided to turn it into reality. Now, I teach yoga sculpt with the intention of helping others discover that same feeling — that moving your body can be empowering, healing, and even fun. My classes are all about showing up exactly as you are, celebrating the process, and finding strength that reaches far beyond the mat.
